• Totalshopwigs ships WORLDWIDE.

• All Wigs are sold based on stock availability.

• All orders will only ship during business days. This does not include weekends. 

• Standard Processing & Shipping time is 3 -15 Business Days. This estimated time depends on the wig and shipping location.

• Extra Customization & Coloring Request of wigs and bundles may take additional 3-5 business days depending on how complicated the coloring taking place is.

• Custom Wigs are being constructed and made to order, this requires time and patience.  

•  Please note if you are not home to receive your hair please contact DHL or USPS to pick up your package or to reschedule a delivery.
