 STORE POLICY

We fully understand that online shopping can be a challenge, and at times a customer receives their wig and it is not suitable. This could be due to style, color choice or size.

Once your order has been processed, we only accept exchange (for equal or lesser value of item) within 24hrs on time of delivery. 

There is a 15% restock fee on all exchanges.

NO REFUNDS

When you receive your wig, it is very important to handle it carefully until you are sure it will work for you. Please do not remove any tags until you are 100% happy and certain you are keeping the wig. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, please notify us immediately by email, so that we may begin the process of finding you a replacement. Also, please keep in mind not all products are eligible for return or exchange as per the details below: 

 Eligible Products:

* Unworn

* Unaltered

* Tags Attached

* In its original pack, wrapping, net, etc.

* Original invoice to accompany return

 

 Ineligible Products:

* All Customized Units

* Combo Deals

* Discounted items

* Clearance Items (always a final sale)

* Discontinued Items (always a final sale)

* Wholesale items

* Care and Accessory Products, Liquids, Wig Stands, Brushes, etc.

You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product or sending it back for exchange. It is mandatory that you send it with a signature confirmation for tracking purposes.  

 

Hair Extensions Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, extensions are non-refundable. All sales are final.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY 

  • Delivery time is ESTIMATED & in certain cases, it may take longer than expected due to the foreign country customs, post office regulations, polices and etc. T.S.W is not responsible for the delays in delivery within foreign country territory. 
     

  • Customer is responsible for all foreign country customs taxes/fees.

 

  • The delivery time is estimated and may be longer for certain countries due to country customs regulations or country physical location

 

  • Holiday seasonal periods, Weather, route, or other uncontrollable circumstances may cause your package to be delayed and delivered beyond what is estimated.

  • Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We are not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • If the package shows as delivered to the address you provided during checkout or in Paypal and you did not get it - we are not responsible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
